I love all sorts of retro and vintage – but the 20′s are probably my favourite. As it says in the Great Gatsby trailer “parties were bigger, the morals were loser and the liquor was cheaper” – ah, good times! Gatsby, Chanel, drop-waisted fringe flapper dresses, cigarette holders, bright red lipstick…aaahhh…

Leonardo in this trailer reminds me a lot of when he played Howard Hughes in “The Aviator”. I don’t really like Carey Mulligan though, she’s quite meeeh. BUT – I love Amitabh Bachchan being in The Great Gatsby, how amazing!

And I’m in love with the soundtrack, especially with title track – “love is blindness” by Jack White:

I remember Jackson, I miss him. I have a lot of good memories of him. He was kind, he was loving, he was honest, he was caring. He worked in a bar, I used to go there to just sit at the bar and watch him and get drunk, he used to ride me home on my bike when I was really drunk and I used to sit on the handlebar while he rode the bike. We swerved through the streets of Schwabing at 3am and he always got me home safe. Sometimes I would wake up in his bed and spend the whole day at his flat, he cooked for me, he cooked really well. Jackson took care of me.
